Hell

Hell!  Who Created it? When was it created?  Does it exist? Who will go there? What awaits its occupants? Is it Fair? How do differing faiths perceive Hell?  Does it change over time? This and many more questions are up for grabs.

Topics are presented but this group is out of control and all over the place. It can be hard to keep up at times. Join in on the fun the discussion and the sharing.  Join us in our exploration of HELL.

I found this link which explores the topic

  1. Where does it talk about the fall of Satan and his angels? And what are the time lines. Is Hell now? or is it to come after the judgement? I'm fuzzy on all of this? I found this write up The Great Controversy
Between Christ and His Angels, and Satan and His Angels.
I detect some filling in the blanks going on but it does touch on all the main points.

  2. I read a book by Rob Bell about Hell. He seemed to imply it was ultimately avoidable by everyone. I am not sure of that, other than to say it would be nice. I know it is not my job to figure out who is in and who is out. I Corinthians 4:5 says: Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.

  3. Any time you consider something Eternal from a Terminal Perspective, you are bound to have some Confusion. I would Recommend listening to what Jesus is reported to have said about the subject. [ Luke 16:19-31]. Apart from that is my own Experience. I have found the Journey between Eternity to be a bit Frustrating. It seems less and less Fair as I go along. At times I have become quite Alarmed not only with the state of the World, but with the State of my Life. I can see the road I am on only gets darker... and I don't want to be there. I can tell you most certainly, HELL Is a Place... but its also a Process. They are both the Same; to Love GOD and See the Creator in All Things... OR, Not. Something Else... anything Else (that is Not Heaven [The Presence of GOD] no matter how Noble and Wise... However, Wherever, Whatever... Is ( by Definition ) HELL. To See GOD... To BE HOME... and told to Leave; to Never See THE CREATOR again. That's HELL.
